Rule Nº 1: Order Processing

Orders are processed within 72 hours of their validation. During inventory periods, announced delivery times may be subject to change.

Rule Nº 2: Confirmation Of Orders

Online payment: orders are validated upon acceptance of payment. Payments are made by contacting the payment service by phone. The payment is completely secure, the confidentiality of your account remains intact.

Any purchase order authorized by telephone is an irrevocable acceptance which cannot be called into question except in the event of a shortage of stock or by the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code.

Ordering information: information to be provided

You must check the completeness and conformity of the information you provide to us when ordering, in particular concerning the delivery address.

We cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors and the consequences thereof (for example delays or errors in deliveries). In this context, the costs incurred for the reshipment of the order would be at your expense.

Purchases for professional use:

In the event of a purchase made for professional use, we therefore particularly draw your attention to the need to assess the compatibility of performance with the intended uses.

Rule Nº 5: Availability

Our product and price offers are valid while stocks last. If stock is unavailable, additional time will be required for restocking.

Rule Nº 6: Retention of Title Clause

The products remain the property of the Leaderfit' Group until full payment of the order. However, from the receipt of the order by the customer, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.

Rule Nº 7: Payment

Different payment methods are available on the website

By online card:
To pay by card, you must enter your bank card number and its expiration date after selecting the card of your choice: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard

By PayPal:
To pay via your Paypal account, connect to your account using your username and password after clicking on the "Pay with PayPal" button and confirm your payment.

In 4 installments by credit card:
Select the payment method in 4 installments free of charge, communicate your bank card number and its expiration date. You will then be automatically withdrawn over the following 3 months for the amount of a quarter of the amount due. A deposit check will be requested to validate your order. Minimum order: 500 € shipping costs included.

By cheque:
Send your payment to the order of Leaderfit' Equipement at 32 Rue Augustin Fresnel, 37170 Chambray-Lès-Tours. Upon receipt of your check, your order will be validated and will go into preparation for shipment (depending on available stocks)

By telephone:
If you wish, you can also finalize your purchases over the phone with our advisers who are available from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at +33 (0) 2 47 52 66 01 (choice 2)

Default Payment:
The Leaderfit' Group "reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer with whom a payment dispute is being administered. The Leaderfit' Group "reserves the right to refuse an order if the information provided by the customer does not seem reliable. The order and its payment will then be canceled without the Leaderfit' Group 'having to justify itself.

Rule Nº 8: Secure Payment - Anti-Fraud Control

Secure Payment by Phone:
Leaderfit' Group's secure payment service follows the major regulations for payment by telephone. Your credit card details are only disclosed once and are neither written down nor repeated by the interlocutor. No member of the Leaderfit' Group 'staff can keep their contact details. You will therefore be asked for them during each transaction. The data recorded by the Leaderfit' Group "constitutes proof of all transactions between the Leaderfit' Group" and its customers. The Leaderfit' Group "will systematically confirm your order and then its dispatch by email.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be the subject of a confirmation containing this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery. Leaderfit' Group ’reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order entry (subject to availability).

Rule Nº 9: Description of The Products

The items we sell are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. If, despite all our precautions, errors may have occurred, we could in no case be committed to this fact.

Rule Nº 10: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L.121-16 et seq. Of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request exchange or refund without penalty, except the shipping cost.

The product must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging, and not used.

You will then be reimbursed within a maximum of 15 working days after receipt of the products by us.

Rule Nº 11: General Conditions of Return

- You have a period of 7 days from receipt to notify of your wish to return the product to us: which does not suit you or does not comply with the order.
- The shipping costs in the event of a withdrawal will be at your expense.
- This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging + label). Items returned, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are not taken back.
- We undertake to make an exchange, a credit or a refund within a maximum period of 15 working days after receipt of the products by us.
- No cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason.

1. Effective management of returns: assigning a processing number.

We will do everything in our power to rectify the problem you encounter as soon as possible.

O ensure better processing of the return, a return request must be made directly, indicating the reasons for the return by telephone to customer service on 02 47 52 66 .01 (choice N ° 3).

A return number will then be communicated. We inform you that certain documents related to the package (s) may be requested from you. You must therefore remain in possession of all items received (including packaging) until your complaints are fully resolved.

2. A complete return of the order: Documents + product.

When returning, we recommend that you over-pack the original packaging of your products, because we can only take back products returned in their entirety (accessories, warranty coupon, drivers, manuals, cover, etc.), with their original packaging, all of which must be intact and in good condition.

Refunds or exchanges assume that you have not damaged the product, or that you have not returned it incomplete.

Risks of return: precautions to be taken.

We especially draw your attention to the fact that you must return the product by declaring the value of the product, as it results from the purchase invoice and by ensuring the perfect insurance cover of the risks of return, in connection with the purchase invoice.

3. In the event of an error or non-compliance: the return is at our expense

Upon receipt of the reasoned request, we will assign a return number to the product (s) concerned, which will be communicated to you immediately.

In the event of a delivery error or non-compliance, a prepaid label will also be sent to you by mail, in order to return this product (s) at our expense (unless we call directly to a carrier for a return of the goods to your home, depending on the mode of transport to go to the product).

In the presence of a prepaid label, returns must then be sent quickly to our after-sales service with their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.) in good condition, with an apparent mention of the return number on the package. and the return slip inside. In any event, you will ensure that you choose suitable packaging for the return.
