What payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cheque. Payment by credit card and PayPal enables immediate validation of your order. For bank transfer and cheque payment methods, the order will only be validated on receipt of payment.

How does payment in 4x free of charge work?

When making your payment, you can choose to pay in 4 free instalments. The total amount is then divided into 4 instalments at no extra cost. The option of paying in instalments is available from a minimum order of 500€ (including shipping). A deposit cheque for the full amount of the order will be required to validate the order. Payments will then be made as follows:
- 1st direct debit: within a few days of purchase
- 2nd direct debit: on the anniversary date of the following month
- 3rd direct debit: on the anniversary date of the following month
- Last direct debit: on the anniversary date of the following month

What is the average shipping time?

The average preparation and delivery time is 72 hours. This time may be extended due to the consequences of the COVID pandemic and your geographical location.

Which carriers are used?

For orders weighing less than 19kg, GLS will handle your order. For orders over 19kg, Schenker will take care of delivery.

My order has been picked up by the carrier and I'm still waiting for delivery. What should I do?
